I think their pricing is reasonable. The window quality is very good. The installers were friendly and took care in removing and replacing the windows. I'm very pleased with them, from sales to installation. Wonderful family business.
Just had 4 new windows put in today. When I first contacted them the person on the phone was easy to talk to. Then came workers to my house to measure the windows for an estimate which was reasonable. I accepted the estimate and they came again and got exact measurements. The windows where ordered and arrived a short time later which was great. The installation followed, the 2 guys that showed up where expert's and knowledgeable. The finished product was awesome. Will use them again. Thanks 👌😊.
Going on ~1 year of our new triple pane windows installed by Thermo Expert and have nothing but good things to say! Install team was quick and did an awesome job. Noticed a huge difference during the winter months with holding heat in the house and it’s been even better so far this summer. Highly recommend the whole Thermo Expert team to anyone in the Berkshires thinking about new windows
