Where do i begin. Rick Solis was awesome right from the start.Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, a pleasure to work with. I bugged him too many times but he always had the answer and was patient with me. Bruno, Jamal and Burke!! These guys are top notch! Attention to very detail right down to perfect caulk. They work great together. They even vacuumed the area they worked in. I will be hiring these guys to do some other windows and i suggest you do the same.
From the first point of contact to the last, we were treated like gold. These folks are customer-service oriented pros. The installers arrived early, took care to cover our floors, care for our home, and did a fabulous installation in short order. The product is beautifully made, very substantial. I would not hesitate to recommend Thermo Expert to anyone. Well done! Five Stars.
Just had windows installed last Friday. Smooth experience from start to finish. Team that installed my windows were professional, fast, and did an excellent job. I will absolutely be using them again
I reached out to this company to request an estimate for a door, and unfortunately, I never received any response back. Not returning calls or following up with potential customers is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of reliability. When someone takes the time to contact a business for a service, the least that business can do is provide a simple response, even if they are too busy or unable to take the job. I think their pricing is reasonable. The window quality is very good. The installers were friendly and took care in removing and replacing the windows. I'm very pleased with them, from sales to installation. Wonderful family business.
