During the extremely cold winter, I discovered that the newly installed front and back doors were leaking air. Thanks to Richi for helping me solve this problem and for teaching me a lot about maintaining indoor comfort.
I was not happy with the time it took for my windows to arrive after ordering, nor the interactions with the office. But was extremely pleased with the efficiency of the installers. They seemed to go above and beyond to match to the style and colour of the outside of my house. So far, after 2 weeks, they seem airtight, and look good.
