I was not happy with the time it took for my windows to arrive after ordering, nor the interactions with the office. But was extremely pleased with the efficiency of the installers. They seemed to go above and beyond to match to the style and colour of the outside of my house. So far, after 2 weeks, they seem airtight, and look good.

We replaced all the windows in our home, a huge job that was completed in 2 days. Very satisfied with how the windows look and the ease of opening, closing and locking. Wonderful sales lady, and incredible window installers.
This window and door company is such a disappointment. We had already agreed on the price and paid a deposit, and after waiting for over a month, they suddenly called to say there was an issue with the pricing and they couldn’t proceed unless we paid more. Otherwise, they would cancel the order. How can a company be so unprofessional and go back on their word? I hope others won’t fall into the same trap.
