Wonderful service and warranty! Bought my steam shower unit in 2013. Use it almost daily and really love it! I sent the unit to Thermasol 2 weeks ago and they repaired and cleaned my unit for only $300.00. (New ones are around $16,000 ) Very happy! Chris
Our new house came with a vintage (circa 1990) steam shower and a broken Thermasol 'Elite' control panel. The steam generator looked fine and had power and water connects. After a bit of research (I'm an EE) I found out that to turn it on I just needed to connect two wires together in the control lines.
