I really like this company. They make sure you are satisfied. They went above and beyond by replacing my unit and sending out a team of local specialists to ensure the unit was properly installed. It's been working great ever since! Highly Recommend!

Horrible service. Horrible device. Breaks down more than it works. Trying to reach customer service and get anything done besides them telling us to do a factory reset at home. Just ridiculous. Lifetime warranty is worthless. They don’t stand behind their product. Run away from this company.!!
