The unit has worked very well. It was replaced under warranty as a result of my own ignorance in purging the steamer but the customer service team were very responsive and professional in handling the return and replacement.

I own a Pro 365 and having moved it to another room, needed a new controller, steam head and drainage pan. I was having no success with retail distributors, so I dealt directly with Thermosol. I had an excellent experience with Ian who knew exactly which parts I wanted , as well as which were best suited for my application. Hope to interact with Ian again if I ever need anything else.

Review of Thermasol I recently attempted to purchase products from Thermasol, a company that positions itself as a provider of premium offerings. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon calling their facility, I encountered a lack of responsiveness from the front desk staff.
