Great product and great support! My experience with Thermasol goes back years. We love, love, love our steam generator, and it helps us with pulmonary conditions during the winter. I've seen many people purchase cheap generators, only to have them break down after a short life span. The Thermasol generator keeps on steaming! We purchased the Thermasol Pro 240 series in 2013 and have been very satisfied with our unit. In 2019 we sent the unit to Thermasol for factory cleaning. The heating element & water feeder assembly needed replacing. Now in 2025, six years later, we have sent it back again. The heating element has again been replaced and calcium build-up had caused problems. Having hard water has its issues. At a one time payment of $300.
