I am blown away to hear other reviews about having success with Support. I dealt with support for 2 months to no avail. Product knowledge was very poor and instead of listening to our issues they insisted on sending new cables which my plumber knew was not the issue. Finally after much complaining I dealt with Robert Lewis in upper management. he was able to finally get me products that worked, but the console was buggy and randomly shuts down during showers about every week or two.
