The true value of a company is how the treat and deal with any issue that may arise from their steam generators. I have had a few issues with both their generator and the very well designed electronics they offer. There prompt responses and immediate replacement of my generator and electronic screen were refreshing and shows they really care about first getting me up and running and of course how ThermaSol cares about us as consumers. Technology and service their isn’t a better company in America.
I had an outstanding experience with ThermaSol’s customer service! I called in to troubleshoot my steam generator, and Laura Andrews was incredible—professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through every step clearly and made sure I felt confident in resolving the issue. It’s rare to find this level of customer care these days. Great product and even better support. Huge thanks to Laura and the ThermaSol team!
