Wilmington is spoiled for choice when it comes to heating & air companies. They all have really high ratings, which is great but can make it hard to choose one. ThermalTran won me over with the charm and humor of their Our Team page on their website, and I'm so glad I chose them. They did good work, they were really nice, they made an active effort to charge me less than they could have, and they did an excellent job of teaching me things about my house I probably should have already known without ever making me feel stupid.... read more
Technician arrived within several hours of the call for service. New fan motor was required. He spent considerable time and effort to remove the fan blade to avoid having to buy a new one. He also checked the Freon level while he was here at no charge. Very satisfied with service.
