BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I wish we could give ZERO stars, but one is the lowest, and even that is way too many. We were longtime customers of ThermalPros. Previously, we had left 2 five-star reviews (now deleted), the last after owner John Pilot had installed a new AC unit for the upstairs of our home in June of 2023 for $2500. We have been longtime clients of ThermalPros Heating and Cooling. They are fast to respond and correct our issues. Being Family Owned, they take pride in their work. In contrast we have reached out to other firms who have service personnel who actually focus on sales vs repair. It is sad that corporate America is buying up local businesses in this area.
Extremely fast, professional, and friendly service ! Had an issue with hot water tank , contacted ThermalPros Heating & Cooling, and problem resolved by 8:30 next morning !
