I strongly urge anyone considering Thermal Nedics to think twice. I had them come out to provide a repair proposal, but I never received one. I contacted the company multiple times and was reassured that the proposal was coming, yet it never arrived. Eventually, I moved forward with another company, assuming Thermal Nedics simply wasn’t interested in the job. Months later, I was shocked to receive an invoice for $550.
