Customer service was wonderful. They came I. To check the furnace and diagnosed quick. Ordered the part (control board) and kept me posted on the progress. As soon as the part came in they scheduled the install same day (within two hours). This is the first place I call next time I have an HVAC question or issue.

I needed a gas stove supply pipe capping off at very short notice. ThermalCare Heating & Cooling were great at responding and coming out at short notice. The job was done effectively in under 20-minutes. The only reason that I did not give 5-stars was that they were supposed to come at 1-2pm and I got a call saying that they were delayed and would come at 2-2.30pm. The technician eventually arrived at 3.40pm.
