ThermalCare came out on the same day to look into our broken A/C in our condo. Paulo was professional, addressed the issue and thoroughly verified the fix. The price was also reasonable, considering he also looked at our bathroom HRV which was misbehaving.

Customer service was wonderful. Our AC had given out and they were helpful in guiding us with recommendations on repair vs replace and cost over 5-10 years. Ultimately we decided on replacing for piece of mind. Honest professional recommendations and talked through everything. This is the first place I call next time I have an HVAC question or issue.
