I called Thermal tech and spoke with the owner that I needed an estimate on the home I purchased for a new AC unit and Furnace. His son Daniel was at my house within an hour to give me a quote, there pricing was awesome and there work quality is top notch, Daniel and his crew have attention to detail, and everything came with a 10 year parts warranty and 5 year parts and labor warranty and they did all the registering for me.
