Worked with Michael on our previous house with geothermal system. This was 5 years ago. Flawless installation and great service after that. We are working now on another project. Highly recommend.
We hired Mike to replace a geothermal system installed by a builder inexperienced in the technology. It had finally failed after a dozen years of increasingly fitful operation and bad service. Working with Mike was a totally different experience. He very clearly knew what he was doing (what a relief) and was able to quickly get us up and running with a new system. Our cooling system wasn't working. Mike was out within an hour of my call. Found a blown part and fixed it in 20 minutes. It was under warranty so there was no charge for the part or service call. Mike has been amazing during and after our installation. Highly recommend.
