Our AC failed after hours and I called TSI after an Internet search. They promptly returned my call. Upfront they told me an after hour service call would cost much more than waiting until the next day. So we decided to wait. A very friendly tech called me almost immediately and told me he would come between 7 and 8 am the next morning which he did. Our A/C has been trouble since we bought our house seven years ago and two years ago we had to replace the blower in the heat. During the last heat wave TSI came right out on a Sunday. ( When no other company we called would pick up the phone.) Derek came over and worked on it twice first time it ran for a couple days then unfortunately the compressor failed. Had them do a AC unit cleaning and check up. Tech was on time and very friendly! He did a great job! Having them give my furnace a check up in the fall also! Highly recommend!
