Plumbing On June 18th, I had an appointment for a technician to come out and install a PVC kit under my bathroom sink. While installing the PVC, their technician, Paul tells me he realized my water in the tank was running too often so he changed the flapper in my toilet. While he working on the PVC kit, I noticed he and his partner were flushing the toilet a lot so I asked them how everything was going. They said it was fine. Make sure you get what they promise you in WRITING!! BEFORE you give them a dollar. Their sales people will make all kinds of promises to get the business, promise to get it out to you in writing, then blow it off. When the situation they promised comes up.. "We never said that. Show us in the documentation where we said that." Their service is extremely expensive and no better than other companies.

A year ago, shortly after we bought the house we had issues with the air and water. Being new to the area, we called Thermal Services after seeing or hearing an advertisement. We were able to have themcome out, start one of their maintenance plans and save money on the very first visit. We ended up needing them a time or two, but ut was very nice when a year later, the SAME person showed up for our check-up and was able to quickly (and quietly, I might add) check everything and complete repairs needed.
