Thermal Roofing installed our new roof just two days ago. We interviewed three different companies and we chose Thermal because they had a tear off plan that was most effective in protecting our shrubs and plants. Thermal also has the most years in business. They were very good at communication when we had questions and we will most definitely recommend them. We love our beautiful new roof and the clean up afterwards was amazing!
Not to happy with my experience…. I called hoping I would get the best service as the reviews showed, and the whole time of dealing with them, I felt I was treated poorly and put on the back burner and fed a bunch of excuses. Was under the impression the whole time I had a company that was going to fight for my insurance to cover me properly, and thought also that it was a pretty simple claim. Wonderful people to work with and made everything so easy from start to finish
Thermal Roofing did a great job with putting our new roof on. The work was done very quickly and they left the yard clean. Would highly recommend their services!!
Excellent service from the moment we contacted Thermal Roofing & Siding, through the inspection and repair. Michael was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Brian was helpful with the arrangements for the roof installation. We really enjoy the new skylights with blinds! Nice touch! The installation crew was very respectful, considerate in protecting the outside of our house, and did an excellent job of cleaning up.
