BEWARE! We asked two roofing companies for an estimate for a NEW roof. Each inspected the roof and gave an estimate. The TRS contract says "NEW roof coating system." We paid them for a NEW roof. The other roofer said the roof, which was 49 years old, was "severely deteriorated" and needed to be replaced. Their estimate for a new roof was only $400 more than TRS. We went with TRS. 1.
