Just had Split units put in my house by Mr. Emile and his crew and couldn't be happier with the units and the service! Thank you so much for a great job!
We needed weekend AC service, I called on a Friday evening, spoke with their dispatcher, and a tech called me within thirty minutes. Mike told me he'd be at my house at 9 am Saturday, he was right on time. He immediately suspected my system was low on refrigerant or the coils in the blower were dirty. These guys only have one person who does the scheduling so when you call their answering service they aren’t allowed to schedule an appointment. We kept playing phone tag until I received a voice mail saying they were coming out to my house in a few hours. I told them I had never set up this appointment nor been offered a quote and I wasn’t available. So they said they would call me later that day to set up an appointment. They never did.
