Been chasing them for well over a month to get a quote on a tankless hotwater heater installed, have used them many times and they have always been great but lately very disappointed call in once a week never get a call back moving onto another company! Finally get a call from Andrew, and said he don't wish to assist due to my review!! Well you would not get negatives reviews if you had the respect to at least return client calls! Would no longer recommend Thermal Mechanical. They install the product, but don't want to service it. Their one attempt was a gong show, but they still billed us $458.78. Letters to the owners (4 sent) go unanswered. So very disappointing. We were told they could not get parts, but Clow D was very quick and professional and managed to order the parts.
