This company is fantastic! They have come to my rescue 2 separate times on the same day! They are very humble and just kind. They ease my anxiety as well. They are beyond reasonable and do not charge an arm and a leg. Danny is awesome and a face I look forward to seeing in this situation, lol. He is very thorough and gives you tips.

Thermal Heating & Cooling installed a new unit for us in 2017, in 2019 we kept smelling a musty smell when the AC was running. They came out and said the unit was sucking water from the drain pan and had mold inside. They wanted to clean it up …. I insisted on a new unit. We purchased a new unit in 2019 and they installed for “free”. I used them for my maintenance thinking I was doing the right thing. Not only the best AC companies I’ve used but one of the best companies in general I’ve used. They replaced my whole system a few years ago when my original unit was worn out and I’ve have them do a yearly maintenance check several times as well. What I like is they have continuity of staff and many times it’s the same tech from the prior year. Always friendly but more important extremely competent.

Had a different AC company come out for our usual maintenance. We fully replaced two units 2-3 years ago. They let us know one of the compressor fan motors had stopped working. We said okay it should be under warranty. We also had a membership with them for maintenance and such. Even with warranty and membership, they wanted to charge an unreasonably high amount purely for labor costs. It didn't seem correct, so we asked around.
