Alex came and fixed a heat pump for me. He was professional, courteous, prompt and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend!
Warning! This company excels at practicing predatory behaviour. They charge $2000 for parts that cost them $50 from suppliers. Their speciality is taking advantage of people’s kindness and lack of knowledge. Stay away!
John and Steve are super! I had heat pumps changed for one of our properties updating old thermostats with NEST thermostats. I upgraded to new Whalen heat pumps, and John was able to walk me through everything in layman's terms. Steve came in to do the job, and it was seamless. Both John and Steve are professional, knowledgeable, and overall provide a great level of customer service.

On March 4 3024, in my condo it was a Heat Pump System Servicing. I was very much impressed with the service provide Thechniclans Garry and Alex. Initially Garry found that my unit was not working properly aand recommended to call his boss John for a quote. I called John and I found that the quote was decent. Shortly after Alex called me asking if he could come to do the repairs. In 30 minutes Alex was at my door. The repair was done in 20 minutes and unit was tested.
