It's hard to find good service providers in this industry and this company came highly recommended. They did not disappoint. Steve quickly diagnosed and addressed an issue that two previous providers had not been able to resolve. Service ever since has been exemplary and trustworthy. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. The only reason I reached out in the first place was because they handled the inspection at my condo. Since then, I’ve called multiple times to arrange services and even followed up over email — only to be completely ignored. After one short reply, they ghosted me entirely. Great company! Professional, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond. I contacted Thermal Exchange because they were highly recommended by others in my condo building. We had a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to respond to my inquiries (even responding outside of business hours) and the service technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and what they were doing.
