I purchased a Patio FR 44 two years ago. Simply awesome grill. I have also had the occasion to contact customer service with questions and a replacement part. Sadie was knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommended!

Working with project manager, Mary Kearse is a mind numbing experience. I have rarely ever dealt with such an unprofessional, beligerant, absolutely childish person in the field. She is snarky, spiteful, lies, and is out of this world antagonistic. Never had bad experiences with any other staff member, but I will pay any other price to not have to deal with such a headache again. She would never work for me and if her superiors can't see past her double sided personality, they deserve to loose our business.
