My boss owns several locations downtown Redlands. Thermal Cool has been taking care of all the units for many years. Simona in the office is outstanding with communication and doing her best to get the technicians out to the Properties asap. Their technicians are also very good in regard to communication and making sure all is running perfectly before they leave. Very knowledgeable staff. No complaints at all, only commendation!
