Great experience. Jaime was very professional in all his dealings. Very accommodating of my schedule. Knows his stuff and does good job of explaining problems and options. Always did what he said he would do. Pleasure to deal with him. Great customer service!
If I could give this business 0 STARS I would. The owner and technician Jaime is extremely unprofessional and trespassed into my home. He shut off my AC in the middle of summer when I was not home, without informing us, due to a conflict with our landlord. He almost killed my pets as my home rose to 102 degrees. When I filed a complaint, I received no resolution. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
Serán muy buenos para dar servicio pero pésimos porque no se compran sus propios terrenos para para sus trokas y carros se creeen dueños de toda la cuadra donde viven son unas personas muy abusivas
Thank you for the amazing service as well as taking the time to explain what the issue was! Jaime and his crew are professional and knowledgeable. They have made a client out of our household and I will tell anyone that asks what a great job and how professional they are. Thank you for everything and great job to you and your team!
They did come the same day I called which is nice but I’ve had to call and 2 times about scheduling an A/C fix. Never got a reply back. They also don’t tell you over the phone that its a $90 inspection fee.
