I would give ZERO stars if I could. This place is quick to take your money and slow to service. DO NOT call them if you need fast reliable service. I called when my air went out during a heatwave. The old guy, Ron (im mentioning his age because it might have something to do with the delay) came out and suggested I get a whole new unit. Told me he would put the ticket in that day.
