Referred to me by my home warranty company. Came out to complete service in 7/26. Stayed the whole unit needed to be replaced and they would turn in the report for approval that evening. It is now 8/1 and they still have not submitted the report. When I called to complain, I was told they would be adding $1675 to my bid that I would have to pay out of pocket. I have now reported them to the home warranty company and they will not be completing this job. Extremely poor customer service and unethical when called on it.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. This place is quick to take your money and slow to service. DO NOT call them if you need fast reliable service. I called when my air went out during a heatwave. The old guy, Ron (im mentioning his age because it might have something to do with the delay) came out and suggested I get a whole new unit. Told me he would put the ticket in that day.
