Thermal Comfort exceeded my expectations for scheduling my project, and the quality of their work is excellent. They did a great job of protecting everything prior to application, and the cleanup was done well. As a retired architect and professional engineer, I expect and watch for quality, and was very pleased with this company. I recommend this company to anyone requiring a foam insulation project of fine quality and a good value.
They damage your property and do not take ownership of their mistakes. Do not hire them!
They will damage your property. They are careless. Make sure you document everything because they will not take any ownership of their mistakes.
Business response:
The customer refused to pay her bill. We sent out several copies of the invoice over the course of 4 months with no response from her. It was only after we demanded payment that she said we damaged her retaining wall with our truck. She was present at the site the day we insulated, yet never once that day nor in the following 4 months did she ever notify anyone at our company that we had damaged her wall. My experience with Thermal Comfort was great. For being a small project (insulating a 8x12 addition) I was pleasantly surprised at the level of detail and professionalism of the sales rep and installation staff. The proposal was detailed and installation was done in a timely manor. The crew did a great job picking up after themselves.
