The in-house inspection gave me confidence in my choice of model, which was supported by a detailed quote providing several alternatives - this let me do my research to confirm my choice. On install day, the team was effective, completing the installation quickly while leaving the house neat and tidy. Great service, and I highly recommend them.
Our Fujitsu ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system was installed a week ago. The whole team at Thermal Active displayed excellent customer service skills and professionalism. Graham patiently listened to our concerns and delivered us a cost-effective outcome meeting all our needs.
Graham and the team at Thermal Active are amazing. We had a few minor issues with a system that was installed by the previous owners of our house shortly before they sold it and Thermal Active have taken care of everything as the system and installation are still under warranty. They have been incredibly gracious and helpful in solving our problems in a situation where some businesses might not do the same. In doing so they’ve ensured that we will always be dedicated customers of theirs.
