Very reasonably prices and quick to install. Overall had a great experience with the company and the contractors. Highly recommend.
From front office Michelle and Kim, to the team Mitch Rob Graham that came out to install, excellent customer service. There was a problem with our controller tablet on the morning of our install. Someone was back in the afternoon to try and fix the same day, when they couldn't fix it another team member was sent first thing the next morning. Mitch recommended a slightly less powerful unit after carefully measuring our house and saved us some dollars by doing so. House heats beautifully even on the middle of winter.
Promptly provided a options quotation, answered our questions to inform a choice and lined up an installation date soon after. The old system components were removed, and selected new central air setup installed all in one day. The new Panasonic system is a great improvement on the 25 year old Mitsubishi system and works flawlessly.
John and Jamie (and their whole crew) did a stellar job. Communicative, punctual, professional, and patiently answered any questions. 10/10
I highly recommend Thermal Active for their professional service, workmanship and attention to detail. We just replaced our old reverse cycle air conditioner at the beginning of the coldest winter in Canberra for 60 years and could not be happier with the result.
