My friend that lives there was very rude to customers
After a month and 2 cancelation the company is told me the guy is still not available (although it was scheduled) and don't want to reschedule. I waited a month for them to drop the balls. Definitely not a reliable company.
You need appliance repair, call Thermador Repair Daly City! They took on a warranty dishwasher repair for an Italian brand not familiar to them and worked with the warranty manager to get the parts in. Martin was patient and worked around the issues when the wrong parts were shipped and got it up and running again. I cannot say enough good things about him and Thermador Repair Daly City! Thank-you! You turned a new dishwasher nightmare into a good ending to the story!
Sam is amazing. Super friendly efficient and affordable. Please call these guys. You won't regret it. I needed a fix fast due to a large party of people coming over and he was here in a jiffy. He got everything done and was just friendly and real!
