After a month and 2 cancelation the company is told me the guy is still not available (although it was scheduled) and don't want to reschedule. I waited a month for them to drop the balls. Definitely not a reliable company.
You need appliance repair, call Thermador Repair Daly City! They took on a warranty dishwasher repair for an Italian brand not familiar to them and worked with the warranty manager to get the parts in. Martin was patient and worked around the issues when the wrong parts were shipped and got it up and running again. I cannot say enough good things about him and Thermador Repair Daly City! Thank-you! You turned a new dishwasher nightmare into a good ending to the story!
Sam is amazing. Super friendly efficient and affordable. Please call these guys. You won't regret it. I needed a fix fast due to a large party of people coming over and he was here in a jiffy. He got everything done and was just friendly and real!
I don't normally write reviews unless I receive incredible service, so here I am! I cannot recommend Thermador Repair Daly City enough. I spoke with him on the phone one day, and he was at my house the next. He said he could come between 12-3, but I told him I needed to leave by 2 to go pick my kids up at school. He arrived around 12:15 and was done by 1. He came prepared with all the necessary parts, and fixed a free 6 year old dryer. He even gave suggestions to help maintain the dryer. Overall great experience. I reached out to Thermador Repair Daly City's when my refrigerator suddenly stopped working and they were able to send someone out within a few hours of my call. Bryan and Ryan were professional, knowledgeable and courteous and made the whole process stress free. They arrived on time, diagnosed my problem immediately and quickly ordered the needed part. They were back first thing the next morning (working around my busy schedule) to install the part and everything is working great now.
