I would like to say a HUGE thank you to my comfort specialist Mark from the Beaumont store. He was the main reason I went with this company instead of others. His customer service was absolutely amazing and never once did I feel like he was here to just try to make a sale. I purchased a 5 ton expensive AC unit(Lennox) from Thermacon in Beaumont. After only 1 year the Unit started to leak refrigerant. They came out and I thought fixed the issue, however it keeps happening. After doing some research I found that there was a class Action law suit against Lennox due to the fact that they knew the Unit coils were defective and they kept selling them.
