Therm Tech has serviced my combi unit for a few years now with out issue. After the technician completed the annual service visit, something didn't seem right. It was already thurs. 7 pm on the evening of the Easter long weekend. I called them with the intention of leaving a message and hoping they could come by on Monday. We just recently called this company for an AC not working and the end result was he changed the capacitor part for $336 (that costs aprox. $40) and a job that could be done in 10 minutes plus we ended up being charged a $95 service call on top, plus a half hr diagnosis charge of $50 (when he knew what the issue was immediately), plus a 4 pound charge of coolant when he had told us that was not the issue - a total of $1300 for an 11 year old system. Was charged $470 for thermostat issue. i would say too expensive services.
