Derek was incredible. My hvac was broken, my restaurant was hot. My service was initially scheduled on Monday but since he got the parts earlier than expected he showed up at 6:00pm on Friday night and worked till 8:00pm! Never seen a tech do that without getting paid extra. He wanted us and the customer to feel comfortable in the restaurant. Truly amazing service. No wonder why they have perfect 5 star reviews here.
