I purchased a 3 1/2 ton unit and furnace from this company and in less than a year and a half it stopped cooling my home. I had someone come out and all they did was clean my unit out and charged my wife $100.00 for that and of course that did not fix the problem! If I would have been home they would not have got that $100!! Finally got someone to come back out a couple of weeks later, checked a couple of things, said it was fixed, it was not!
