the whole selling experience went smoothly and the fact that Therese kept us informed every day.. sometimes twice a day was the best part. we received the full asking price and closed on the date that was chosen on signing the contract were pluses also. this was an estate sale and 5 people... 2 out of state and 1 out of country.. could be coordinated was amazing. we had a second house to sell in northern Florida and if it had been possible we would have had Therese sell it also. thank you.. 5 stars.
