Staff was very friendly. Dr. Bogs was extremely nice and quickly had a plan for my dental care set up.
Everyone is very friendly. Tina who did my cleaning, was very knowledgeable about what was happening to 3 of my teeth and gave me a referral to a Endodonic in Frankfort. Dr. Bogs came in to do the final exam. She was smiling and cheerful as always. It was an excellent visit!
I have been with this dentist for many years. I went to get my measurement for aligning my top and bottom teeth October 2, 2021. I haven't heard anything from the office since. I just received a bill that's dated 1-11-2022 for the measurement. I still don't know the cost of the aligners. I was told by Dr. Bogs that she will get back with me with the price, never received a call.
Get everything in writing when dealing with this dental office. After teeth aligning services are complete, they may not keep your impressions at their office (or through Clear Connect) which would force you to get new ones... on aligned teeth that may move over time! Also, they may tell you in the beginning your retainers will later be FREE for years only to attempt a "bait and switch" to get you to spend hundreds-thousands of dollars later buying them when you're done with your aligners. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Dr. Bogs, and her staff, are ALL very pleasant! On time, every visit we've had. Been seeing Dr. Bogs for over 10 years, and will not be switching, EVER! Her hygienists are all very thorough, as well.
