Very smart, and wonderful communication. And to make our experience even better, the day we were scheduled to go on the market, we were out of state when I remembered I hadn’t picked up the dog poop from our yard. I texted Therese and she immediately told me that she would go pick it up. Therese has everything you want or need in a real estate agent.
