Theresa Repko is a FNP at Mercy Allen ER. I came in with a kidney stone, and was given Tylenol for it. An hour later I told them the Tylenol wasn’t working. Another half hour went by, and I told them no one had come in yet to discuss. Theresa stated it “shouldn’t hurt that bad”, and was sent home with nothing. I went home. Upon looking at Mychart the next day, she had written in my visit notes that I was “drug seeking”, and had asked “numerous times” for drugs.
