Theresa sold my mom's house in just a few days. Theresa had names and numbers for people we could contact to help with cleaning the home. She also offered advice on how to prepare the home, and the best way to market and sell the home. Her advice worked as the house sold in 4 days for more than the asking price. We had multiple offers to choose from. Theresa kept us informed the entire time from start to finish. Theresa made what could have been a frustrating experience very easy.

She took care of everything, made the process very simple and stress-free and she helped us find our perfect home.
