Having never been to a provider as an adult, I was apprehensive. With Dr. Theresa I was made to feel comfortable right away. She took time to listen and understand my current situation. I was never rushed or made to feel like I was wrong for my feelings. She exhibits great empathy and concern and made herself available if I had anything that I needed to speak about between appointments. Dr. Theresa has been an integral player in my fight with depression and the reason I have been able to navigate and win.
I was very comfortable with Dr. Mignone and she helped me a lot. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a kind and compassionate psychologist who is down to earth.
