Theresa was so wonderful to work with on the sale of our recording studio. Since it was such a unique property, I thought it would be a hard sell. However, Theresa brought us 4 great offers on the first day! She was extremely helpful, professional and informative throughout the whole process. She really made the entire process stress free for my husband and I. We cannot recommend her enough!
