If I could give Theresa Longo NP at pinnacle dermatology 0 stars I would. She has a terrible bedside manner, rushes through patients, doesn’t let patients even finish their sentences or questions. Does the absolute quickest body scan possible. If she doesn’t like her job, she should go do something else that doesn’t involve patient care. As a nurse myself I expect much better patient care. Very disappointed. Save your time and definitely see someone else more qualified.
I recently moved and decided to try a new dermatologist closer to my new home. I have history of both basal cell and squamous cell skin cancers. I had a very suspicious looking thing near my collarbone which I was expecting to have biopsied during my August 5 appointment. She diagnosed it as a wart and froze it. It came back in September and I returned to my previous dermatologist. He agreed it did not look like a wart and biopsied it. Today I found out it is a squamous cell cancer.
Amazing experience! Theresa is very friendly and thorough. Highly recommend her :)
