These ladies are slow. They have no care for working people that make appointments for a reason. The woman that “processed” my paperwork took 40 minutes to process ONE PAGE of information. She stated that I couldn’t be sent to the back because she “needs to process my insurance first” but they also allow sliding scale fees? So why would it matter if my insurance is accepted or not? This place is super helpful they are really nice and get you together even when you don’t have health care and it’s very affordable when your testing and they also are helpful with birth control just over all a really nice place ❤️
They give information that contradicts CDC guidelines. If you have any other options, go somewhere else.
