Drs are nice but somewhere there is a breakdown between them and the front office staff. Yes again waiting on orders to be sent to imaging and they aren’t there. Third visit same story!
Arrived at the doctor’s office to obtain a clearance for eye surgery. This was my second surgery and the last was only a month ago. The staff was attempting to give me an appointment within six days of my surgery. I told them that was unacceptable as it took 30 days to obtain clearance for the first surgery. The office manager came to discuss the situation with me and stated that they are only required to provide an appointment within 10 days of the surgery.
