Make us codes to charge you when service was not performed. Literally, if they ask a question and you answer they code it as a consult. Happened to me and my wife. They also did not refill my prescription after the last appointment and want me to have another appointment to refill it. I had enough medicine to last, but now about out they will not refill.
Negative experience with this doctor. If you don’t agree with her she gets resentful. Not professional in my opinion. Listen to the reviews above too.
Agree with previous statements mostly. Lots of changes in this office, (in most recent months, days; specifically in 2020). Several Providers left as well as additional staff members. Dr Stretch herself makes assumptions regarding patients she has Never met. (She has only spoken with over the phone) - Please save yourself some unwanted grief. Best "Not to" schedule any appointments with Dr Stretch. There are many more congenial Providers in the Workforce and possibly more qualified for you! (She lacks empathy on many levels)... read more
The visit was standard nothing bad nothing out of the ordinary my problem is with the billing department I had to pay charges that I don't think they bill correctly thru labcorp . I never authorized extra payments in excess of my copay or deductible I never had a problem like this that I could not resolve. I fought to have billing codes changed I offered to show them correct codes to no avail I paid the bills and found another doctor. 8 months later they send me a bill for $2.50 for charge they bring out of thin air all of m... read more
If rating 0 stars were an option, I'd choose that! Rude and and lacks empathy for her staff and patients. The turn over rate that I've seen at this clinic in a year alone, is quite sad and ridiculous. It's total chaos and disorganized! A little communication could go along way, which this office clearly lacks among staff, which becomes a domino effect resulting in negligence in patient care. Not a very good experience with her. Agree with the other negative statements. Would never recommend or return.
Very rude , unpleasant , and degrading to her own staff. I have never seen a Dr act and speak so unprofessional in all my Dr visits anywhere else. Dr Stretch has the personality of a cactus and her thorns not only poke at patient's but at her own staff as well .
Horrible experience. Went in for a well woman examine 7 months ago. STILL fighting to get responses from them to rectify billing errors. They convinced me to take extra tests that weren't really needed on the premise they were fully covered 100% by my insurance. They then submitted them under the wrong codes, causing me to be billed and the battle I've been dealing with since. Billing department is not responsive. They have responded to about 5% of my 50 attempts to resolve this. What a nightmar
