My son wore his contacts too long and irritated his eye he thought they were u see his lid. Dr Cooney took the time and patiently examined him. Best experience for my son.
I dont think intentional but I agree manner is very abrupt and condescending. Even though its been a few years, her lack of empathy made such an impression that when looking for new clinic, I decided to pass when I learned she was on staff. I'm sure she has outside stress factors like the rest of us but hopefully she has improved.
I have been a patient of Dr. Cooney for over 15 years. I have received EXCELLENT care and kindness from Dr. Cooney. She is all business as she is in HIGH demand because of her skill, surgical abilities and experience. If you want an expert and a doctor who will find a solution to your eye problems, I recommend her. I have multiple eye issues and have for 60 years. I trust Dr. Cooney.
I recently underwent cataract surgery on my right eye. . I was terrified, but felt no pain or discomfort. When I just had my left eye done there was no apprehension at all. Dr. Cooney is excellent. She was very nice and explained everything to me. I will choose excellence every time!!!
I have seen this doctor twice. On both occasions, the time between the assistant calling me in and then seeing the doctor was over an hour. The doctor was then short, rushed, bordering on rude, almost like my questions didn’t warrant an answer. I left with more questions than I got answered. I will no longer see this doctor, worst experience I have had with a doctor.
