Every experience with this doctor has been awful. She is my least favorite doctor in this entire practice. She has zero rapport with toddlers and always keeps us waiting for nearly 30 minutes regardless of being the only patient in the office. The last visit she insinuated that my 4 year old son had a an emotional/developmental problem because he said that he didn’t want a shot and said that he wanted to go home instead. Poor bedside manner- quick to send you to the hospital w no real reason. She misdiagnosed my child, became completely unresponsive to calls and last minute tried to have her admitted to the hospital most likely to cover her poor conduct. Awful experience! Do not trust w your children!
Joined the practice after my daughter was born and saw Dr. Paladino for her newborn checkups. I found her to be calm, helpful and knowledgeable. The nurse was very friendly, and I liked how Dr. Paladino examined her and then we went to her office to discuss her exam and she provided a written summary for us. I use the Wall office, which is very personal and easy due to its proximity to my home. I love that if there is an issue on weekends I can go up to Red Bank, which is an easy drive.
