Dr. Gavin and I discussed my medication and she recommended that I continue on a brand name drug, rather than switch to generic. I requested a prescription and she incorrectly wrote the prescription for the generic. I was sent and charged for the generic and then spent hours trying to get the situation rectified and the correct drug prescribed. The pharmacy didn't want to reimburse me for it. I spoke to 4 people in Dr. Gavin's office and wrote her two letters, which she didn't even respond to
