1st time visit with my new puppy. Everyone and Dr. Gill were very patient with him. They all took time to answer any questions and also gave helpful tips. Highly recommend.
All at Theravet have been wonderful. I find the prices reasonable and Dr. Gill has gone out of his way to fit my cats in when I have had concerns. It is a nice facility.
When my poor cat was so so sick and I called numerous vets trying to get her in and getting turned away by every one of them with no adivse nor help, even tho Theravet couldn't get me in right away, they guided me to the emergency vet in Williamston. I then started going to Theravet. The staff is very kind and loving. My new cat (an esa animal) wasnt scared, he enjoyed roaming the room as we waited for the veterinarian. It was a great experience.
Honestly not a fan of this vet office. My dog has been there for a little over a year now, and was just removed because I got my dog fixed with another place after Gills Office encouraged me to. Backstory: My dog has been on medication that she needs desperately, and now because of the surgery, Dr. Gill has removed her from his patient list, refused a med refill and has caused my dog to now go 4 days without her medication.
