Wow what a joke. Avoid this place. The licensed student I had (Rich) lacked basic communication skills. Such as being patronizing, giving advice when it wasn't asked for (therapists aren't supposed to give advice ever), talking about himself half the time, not remembering or checking notes from ONE previous visit, he knew absolutely nothing about me the second visit. The communication here needs major improvement and the therapists they hire are “certified” but questionable as my ex-husband and I were getting marriage counseling from someone who had never even been married! The phones are rarely answered and then they charge for missed appointments when I can’t even get a hold of someone to cancel. And one of the therapists never got back to me on how to obtain some vital information that I needed for legal purposes.
