Apparently this place has a 24 hour cancellation policy that’s not posted up front or online. 24 hour notice is not always possible. This place is also very unorganized. Every time I came, I had to wait & they must double or triple book because half the time they were working on someone else during my appointment....even after they were late. I work in KC but try to keep my business local. Really disappointed I did in this case. Go elsewhere folks!
I have had physical therapy previously at other offices and had no complaints. However, after experiencing the services at TherapyWorks, I have to say the other PT paled in comparison. Their service goes far and above what I experienced in the other offices I have been to. I would rate them the BEST in their field. Every therapist and assistant I worked with did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. TherapyWorks is GREAT at what they do and I was really impressed with the wide variety of services they offer.
We made an online appointment for the night before my surgery but the appointment was cancelled because I hadn't contacted them back. I checked my phone and I had no voice mail or record of a call received. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to relaxing before my major surgery.
Kind and caring staff. Excellent facility to get you back to health and going strong.
I was very pleased with the service I received here.
