Tried to inquire about services and before asking me any questions about my child their office coordinator immediately asked for my insurance for verification purposes. Didn’t ask about diagnosis or my child’s name. HUGE RED FLAG. If you’re looking for a personal approach, this won’t be the place. YIKES.
My wife and I came here feeling worried, but now we have peace of mind. The progress we’ve witnessed is truly incredible. Our son is supported by a strong and caring team, people who treat him with respect and consistently teach him healthy boundaries. We are truly grateful.
Horrible horrible place!!!!!! Went to get my kid Speech and OT, and they didn't even bother to read previous OT goals and achievements, just made assumptions, evaluation was barely for 10 minutes, promised a plan of care and 2 days later informed me I have to do ABA and will not provide plan of care. Unprofessional OT therapist, not a place for older kids, definitely a quick scam of wanting all kids to do ABA. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Update 1/2/2025: Not sure what has happened to TherapyLand. My son has not been in the program now for over a year. I called to reach out recently about ABA, Speech, OT. With him now being 12 I was told they don’t service his age at this location but that the new Teen center could be an option. That is understandable. My insurance has also changed since he last attended. The reason I have changed my rating is because the level of personal care seems to no longer be there.
