Recommended"I have had only positive experiences at Therapydia. I initially was treated for sciatica and had to return after displacing a rib and my L1 transverse process. My physical therapist, Jenny, has done an amazing job with treating me and giving me @ home exercises to assist me with my recovery. I feel that PT will allow me to return to work as an acute care nurse and be able to provide optimal care to my patients. The staff is always very friendly and makes scheduling easy. After 16 visits I am so excited with my progress and look forward to becoming more mobile.
I was still having knee pain for the first few appointments but then Kelley was able to pinpoint exactly which ligaments were tight and causing my pain. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and am now pain free and working on leg strengthening exercises at home and running.
I am recovering from an ankle sprain and Jenny has been so wonderful. She is keeping me upbeat and giving me practical exercises to do to keep me moving and improve a very discouraging injury. I have optimism after every meeting with the progress that I'm seeing thanks to her care.
