I came to Therepydia with a very sore knee that I damaged during a recent move, and I worked with Hannah there, who is a brilliant physical therapist. I came in needing a cane to walk and within a month I was running again! She also gave me some exercises to do to avoid having this happen again. Hannah has my highest endorsement!
I’ve been to many physical therapy places in my life to help deal with persistent back pain and all have let me down as they never treated my specific issue, rather it was a blanket routine that never made me feel any results. Hannah and Lindsey were pivotal in my recovery after being in a car accident. They were so detailed and kind. They challenged me every time I came in and were great to chat with during my care as well. They also gave me some very helpful recommendations for my treatment plan at home. I’ve been having sessions 2x a week for about 4 weeks for a number of issues and am already seeing major improvement. I primarily see Danica who has been incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful in improving my pain! Lena at the front desk is awesome, very helpful and a great person to have as the face of your office. A very welcoming and clean space.
Have gone to Therapydia for multiple injuries that required PT. They are amazing professionals, provide excellent care, and helped me fully recover and resume normal activity.
