Alysia Cullen was kind, helpful and LGBTQ friendly. My knee pain is gone 🎉 Rae is very welcoming and helpful at the front desk.
Patrick and Lindsey provided amazing PT and went over and beyond in helping me hit not only my recovery goals for my injury but also some general fitness and wellness goals.
I'm so glad I found Therapydia. I've been working with Patrick on several issues I've had for a while. I've seen improvements and I'm feeling better, more mobile, and I'm finally able to workout with minimal pain. He's been great about adjusting my program when needed when life got crazy. Good people doing good work. They were so helpful when I broke my wrist that I came back to them for therapy for my arthritic knees.
I can’t recommend this clinic enough! Patrick has been incredible in creating a thoughtful, personalized plan to support both my ACL injury and ongoing cubital tunnel issues. He really takes the time to listen, provide real guidance, and adjust the approach based on what I need that week. Lindsey has also been a huge help—her support on a weekly basis has helped to build my strength and improve my form. Rae at the front desk is always warm and welcoming, and makes every visit easy and efficient.
