I had a great experience with Sabrina at Therapydia. When I started therapy my knee injury was limiting my activity in a lot of ways. She designed an exercise program that was challenging but took into account my condition. Then she did regular diagnostics and incrementally changed the routine as I got better. I have completed the program and am a lot better as a result. Avoided surgery!
I'm really grateful for the treatment I received from Therapydia over the last month and a half. I was in a lot of pain with a back injury, and they were able to get me in quickly and right away there started to be pain improvement. The work we've done has focused on both eliminating the pain and getting me back to 100%, but then also on strengthening and mobility exercises to prevent recurrence. Extensive knowledge and applicable treatment! Sabrina is thoughtful and understanding of my individual needs. I can't rate her high enough (I have been to several physical therapists for the same ongoing problems) Run, if you can, to see her!
