Logan was great! Good at making suggestions, answering my questions, explaining things, and a good listener. I always felt welcome and the exercises were just the ticket I needed to feel better. Easy to park and in a good location, too. I would recommend.
Logan helped me run the Shamrock half marathon. He devised a plan for my right foot fascia pain I was having. A change of shoes, working the fascia and connecting tissues, and different foot exercises including toe yoga did the trick. Logan is very knowledgeable about his craft and I learned a lot about the foot which will help me the future. I highly recommend him and Therapydia Progress Ridge.
I worked with Kathy and she was extremely helpful in treating my sciatica and setting me up for long term success.
This is the best PT place I have been to. Logan was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and he listened and adjusted to my needs. All the staff are incredibly nice and the office itself is very clean and beautiful. Definitely would go back if I have any PT needs.
